Having completed his training as a young school leaver in 2007 Liam spent 8 years grafting hard in the industry to gain enough experience to come back to Tante Marie as a teacher. Liam was Junior Sous Chef at the popular Red Lion pub in Horsell and brings valuable experience of professional kitchens at a senior level to Tante Marie.
