Tante Marie’s team of experienced teaching staff come from an array of different backgrounds, ranging from some of the worlds’ most decorated restaurants such as Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Le Gavroche, to roles cooking for the Royal family. As well as being experienced chefs and cooks, Tante Marie’s staff are qualified teachers. The welfare of our students is of paramount importance to us and the 'happy ship environment' at Tante Marie Culinary Academy is unlike anywhere else. All of our teaching staff are first aid trained and DBS checked, as well as completing Child Protection and Safeguarding Training.
