Cookery Teacher
Ollie spent several years at Tante Marie as one of our teaching support staff, and always knew he wanted to be a teacher. He went off into the big wide world to gain the valuable industry experience we require of all our staff, and then our prodigal son returned, wise to the ways of the world and an experienced chef. During his time away from us, Ollie gained experience at some inspirational restaurants in London, fueling his interest in BBQ's and grills at Smokehouse. He then ran a successful bakery and delicatessen, before returning to us as a teacher.
