Our Academy Chef’s Table evenings give you the chance to see our teachers in action!

Upon arrival to the academy you will be seated at your table to enjoy a complimentary bellini and canapés. From here you will observe as our Chef delivers a rolling demonstration, with each course brought to your table as it is prepared.

 

Typical Winter Menu:

 

Blood orange bellini

Filo tartlets with roast carrot purée

Duck & pork cassoulet with Toulouse sausage and butternut squash gratins

Lemon tart with raspberry coulis

 

Additional drinks orders will be taken by The Restaurant during the evening at an extra cost.
