Being able to make beautiful, light, fresh pasta is a basic requirement of any professional chef and is a rite of passage for any enthusiastic amateur. However, it is also a skill which many people shy away from, either out of lack of understanding or fear of the unknown. On this inspirational 1 day course we unravel the mystery behind the art of pasta. You will learn how to make basic pasta dough, colour and shape in a variety of styles and gain an understanding of how to use a range of useful bits of kit such as pasta machines and cutters.
