
The Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality is an international qualifications awarding body specialising in the hospitality sector.
In 2010 Tante Marie Culinary Academy teamed up with CTH to create the Level 4 Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts - a qualification which is now being awarded by a number of the world's leading independent cookery schools.
Then, in 2012 the partnership continued with the creation of the Level 2 Award in Culinary Skills as part of a charity project, building a qualification to help reduce the skills gap... and then in 2015 the now famous partnership developed the CTH Level 5 Culinary and Hospitality Management Diploma - a foundation degree level qualification delivered to the Apprentices at The Restaurant at Tante Marie.
